Medicals that we are able to provide
We offer a range of medicals and are happy to discuss your needs.
How do I request an appointment?
You can either email us or request through our online digital platform called Florey (submit under admin enquiry).

What are the costs?
Medicals are non-NHS work and are up to each individual practice to decide if they want to undertake them. At Quayside, we try to accommodate every request because we are in the best position to help because we have full access to your medical records.
What are the fees?
HGV Medical = £120
Taxi Medical = £120
Adoption / Fostering = £120 (usually paid for by the agency)
Visa Medical = POA (fees vary depending on Visa type and any tests needed)
How do I make payment?
GP Surgeries are NHS providers and we do not have any facility to take payments by card. We request that all payments are preferably by cash. We can provide a receipt if necessary.
How long do I have to wait?
Whilst we endeavour to get this done as soon as possible, we must make sure we continue to look after our unwell and sick patients. However, we are usually able to process requests within 2 weeks unless are experiencing staffing issues.
