Tell Us If You Have Served in the UK Armed Forces
If you have ever served in the UK Armed Forces (Regular or Reserve) for at least one day, you are a veteran. Please let our reception team know or tell us via our online form so we can add the Armed Forces veteran code to your NHS medical record.
Recording your veteran status helps our doctors and healthcare professionals refer you to dedicated Armed Forces NHS pathways and ensures your military service is considered when you are referred to hospital care.

Op COURAGE is a specialist NHS mental health service designed with military personnel for veterans, service leavers, and reservists across the North of England.
You can refer yourself directly by calling 0300 373 3332 or ask a doctor at the practice to refer you.

Op RESTORE provides specialist care and treatment for veterans with physical health problems or injuries attributable to their time in the UK Armed Forces.
Referrals to Op RESTORE are made by your GP. Contact us online or call 0161 357 1600 from 10am to discuss a referral.
