In January this year it was felt that a temporary solution had been found, however, the timescales involved to deliver this solution would have taken longer than expected. The result is that a permanent solution has been procured by Oldham CCG and GM Services and the delivery of this solution will be in a few months’ time. We are waiting on a meeting with the providers and engineers to agree the detail. Once agreed we will be informed in more detail and I shall ensure that the information is provided to our patients.
