Problem getting through on the telephone

Over the past months we have experienced and been made aware of difficulties with the telephone system. The outcome of the system's technical analysis has determined the system to be too old to provide efficient telecommunications to meet the volume of demand today and will require an upgrade to cope with the telecommunication traffic. For this to happen, the Provider and Greater Manchester Commissioning Services Unit will assess the proposal and in due course we will be informed of the outcome. In the meantime please be patient with us, we are trying to keep on top of the situation and we shall update the news stream as soon as we are informed of a change in the situation.
