Telephones Lines - update 20th Jan 2017 Posted on 5 Dec 2016

We are sorry if you are experiencing difficulty getting through to us. We have reported the fault to the NHS engineers and are hopeful that a solution will soon be found. If you experience this problem please note the time you have called; when the fault is intermittent, the engineers can use this information to interrogate the system more accurately.
This problem is no longer happening and although we have not been given a cause, Practices throughout the area are having intermittent problems with the telephone system. Should you have a problem contacting Quayside, please let us know as soon as possble.
